1.What’s included in each ticket level?
    Tickets

2.How are seat assignments done?
    Each ticket category will be assigned a zone, and you can sit anywhere within that zone. There will be ushers to help with seating.

3.Do I need to purchase a seat for my child?

No. if the child doesn’t need a seat. If your child needs a separate seat, then you will have to buy a ticket for your child.

4.Are tickets refundable?
    No. All sales are final.

5.What name should I use on the check if I am buying ticket directly?
    Write check payable to “Ohmkaram”.

6.Can I upgrade my ticket?
   Yes. You can do it at the counter on the day of the event if the tickets are available or call the contact number.

7.Do I need to bring the online purchase ticket confirmation for the event?
   Yes.

8.Do you have handicapped seating?
   Yes. There are limited seats that are meant for handicapped seating.

9.Can I buy tickets at the counter?
   Yes, but there is risk that ticket might be sold out prior to the event.

10.How do we get refunded if the program is cancelled?
   Online tickets will be refunded to your card or account. Direct tickets will be refunded through committee members.

11.Are there any discounts for students?
   No.

12.What happens if I lose my ticket?
   Please call the contact number and report the lost ticket number. If you don’t have the ticket number, then it’s very difficult to track.

13.Where is the parking during the event? Is there an additional parking cost?
   There will be some spots in the campus and rest of the street side parking.

14.How long is the program?
   Start to Finish is 3hrs.

15.Food available during the event?
   There will be food stalls available that you can purchase.
